1. Personal Documents

• Valid passport (at least 6 months validity) + photocopy of biodata page

• Recent passport-sized photographs (white background, taken within the last 6 months)

• Proof of current residence (e.g., U.S. ID, green card, visa, or utility bill)

2. Financial Evidence

• Bank statements for the past 6 months showing at least THB 500,000 (or equivalent in USD)

• Proof of income (pay slips, tax returns, or employer letter)

• Sponsor letter + sponsor’s bank statements (if applicable)

3. Purpose of Stay (choose the category that applies)

Workcation / Remote Work / Freelancer

• Employment contract or employer’s confirmation letter

• Proof of freelance work (portfolio, invoices, client contracts)

Thai Soft Power / Cultural Activities

• Enrollment letter or confirmation from Thai school, training center, or activity provider (e.g., Muay Thai gym, cooking school, seminar organizer)

Dependent Applicant

• Copy of main DTV holder’s visa & passport

• Marriage certificate (for spouse) OR Birth certificate (for child under 20)

• Relationship affidavit (if required)

4. Forms & Visa Process

• Completed DTV Visa Application Form (online or paper, depending on embassy/consulate)

• Signed Letter of Intent (purpose of stay in Thailand)

• Proof of onward or return travel (flight booking, if required)

• Proof of accommodation in Thailand (hotel booking or rental agreement, if available)

5. Fees & Submission

• Visa fee payment (approx. THB 10,000 or equivalent in USD)

• Embassy/Consulate appointment confirmation (if required)

• Submission of all documents (in person or via Thai e-Visa system)

• Attend interview (if requested)

6. After Approval

• Collect visa (passport sticker or e-Visa confirmation)

• Travel to Thailand within visa validity

• Present visa to airline & Thai Immigration upon entry

• Keep copies of all submitted documents for reference
