A visa for individuals who work remotely, freelance, or engage in online work is called a “Digital Nomad Visa.” Some countries may also refer to it as a “Remote Work Visa.”
This type of visa is designed for individuals who can work from anywhere via the internet without relying on a fixed workplace in the country where they temporarily reside.

Proof of Current Address
Financial Evidence: A minimum balance of ฿500,000 over the past three months, such as bank statements, pay slips, or a sponsorship confirmation letter.
Proof of Monthly Income: Pay slips or income statements for the past six months.
Foreign Employment Contract or Employment Certificate certified by the embassy of the country where the company is located.
Company Registration Certificate/Business License certified by the embassy of the country where the company is registered.
Professional Portfolio demonstrating the applicant’s status as a digital nomad, remote worker, expatriate, or freelancer.
Photograph taken within the last 6 months.
Passport with as least 6 months.
Conditions
The DTV Visa allows a maximum stay of 180 days and is valid for 5 years. Holders of a DTV Visa can extend their stay once per entry stamp for an additional 180 days, with a fee of ฿1,900. Additionally, they may apply for a visa category change within the country at a later stage.
